AHF Products has dropped “interim” from the title of its CEO Brian Emore.

Emore became interim CEO of the West Hempfield Township-based flooring manufacturer in February after Brian Carson left to become CEO of Pittsburgh Paints. Emore had been chief financial officer under Carson.

Emore joined AHF Products in 2024 from flooring manufacturer Mohawk Industries, where he formerly served as chief financial officer of flooring and vice president of corporate finance and global finance transformation.

AHF Products is a privately held company owned by Dallas-based private Paceline Equity Partners. Formed in 2018 as a spinoff of Lancaster-based Armstrong Flooring, AHF Products acquired factories of its former parent company – including one along Dillerville Road in Lancaster city – when Armstrong Flooring went bankrupt in 2022.

AHF Products issued a press release last week announcing Emore as the new CEO.

“We are delighted to welcome Brent as CEO, who embodies AHF’s core values of empowering employees, fostering loyalty and advancing innovation and excellence,” Jonathan Rosen, managing director at Paceline, said in the press release.

With about 3,000 employees, AHF Products has plants in the U.S. and Cambodia that make vinyl, hardwood and tile flooring.
